MIL is a top place to work
Climbing to #5 among large businesses in the DMV, and #7 for mid-size companies in Charleston, MIL made its highest
ranking so far in The Washington Post Top Place to Work survey for 2023. This year’s award recipients were announced by
the Post at an awards ceremony held on June 15th. On hand for the event to represent the company were MIL staffers Kapil
Prajapati, Nasir Abbas, and Alex Papak. Receiving the 2023 honor marks the seventh year in-a-row MIL has been included
on the list of the area’s top-tier employers. Under this ranking, MIL also earned five Culture Awards from Top Workplaces
including: Leadership, Innovation, Compensation and Benefits, Work Life Flexibility, and Purpose and Values. And through
anonymous employee feedback, we learned alot.
