Meeting & greeting new MIL staff
MIL’s Charleston team offered a low country welcome to its new hires during a recent “meet and greet” happy hour at Holy
City Brewery. Event attendees enjoyed live music in the courtyard—performed by several former MIL staffers (and current
State Department civil servants)—outdoor dining, corn hole and mini putt-putt, and ice cold beverages. During these quarterly
events, recently hired MIL employees are offered an opportunity to mingle and get to know their new colleagues. New hires
wear blue and orange Mardi Gras beads to show other employees they’re new to the company so they can be welcomed to the
MIL family! Attendees also receive name tags to help everyone put names to faces.
For those Charleston staff members that couldn’t attend the last meet and greet, see you next quarter where you can help us
welcome even more new team members.
