           The performance management annual review period starts soon! Important dates:
              » 11/30 - Reviews released in ADP

              » 12/21 –Employee submits self-review in ADP
              » 1/15 – Manager submits supervisory review for each team member in ADP
              » 2/1 – Manager conducts review discussion with each team member

              » 2/2 – Employees acknowledge review in ADP














                               Tips >>>>


                                  » Video conferences are the best distance-tool to simulate an in-person
                                  meeting. We recommend conducting your review on Teams to maintain
                                  a personal touch.

                                  » Enhance collaboration by meeting with your team member to discuss
                                  goals for next year before you write their supervisory review.
                                  » Plan to actively listen during your review discussion.  Encourage open
                                  dialogue and conversation rather than you leading the entire session.










         Ask HR


         Q. We received an actual return to work date from COVID and I have an employee saying they are unable
         to return to work due to high health risks. What do I do?

         A. Please have your employees reach out to the appropriate HRBP. The HRBP will notify the supervisor
         that an accommodation has been requested. The supervisor and HR will discuss options together before any
         determination or final approval is made.
