Meet MILTON

MIL Training Online (MILTON) consists of a free digital learning
platform entitled Percipio. MILTON offers employees an opportunity
to enhance current skills, promote the development of new skills, and
nurture professional growth. In addition to courses, MILTON offers
practice labs, books, book summaries, audiobooks, and audiobook
summaries. You can also earn academic credit toward undergraduate
degrees and certification programs or CEUs and CPEs.

Showcase Your Accomplishments using Digital Badges
Percipio’s newest enhancement, Digital Badges, are visual, shareable,
verifiable, portable records that represent your accomplishments of
select Percipio courses you have successfully completed. You can share
your achievements on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
or via email with your manager. When you earn a Digital Badge, it
contains metadata content that validates who earned it, when it was
issued, and for what course. Digital Badges enable users to establish
personal learning records that travel with them throughout their

Plot Your Career Path
Percipio continues to add to their growing list of Aspire Journeys. Aspire Journeys give people a path for their dream role, enabling
them to develop their career, understand the skills required, and open up opportunities to grow within the organization. Plotting a
career path is critical for professionals in the tech space due to specialization, certifications, and the speed of change. Each journey
includes practice labs, video courses, and multi-modal resources that culminates in a credential. They also contain Skillsoft’s market-
leading leadership and business training to develop learners’ management and communication skills throughout their career path. Each
journey delivers roughly 40-50 hours of courses plus multi-modal content and an additional 10-12 hours of practice labs, certification
