MILTON

 Acquire New Skills With e-Learning

Think your schedule is just too busy to do anything outside of the existing workload you have?
Keep your skills and knowledge up-to-date with today’s ever changing business environment. Think of
your training and development as something you need to truly invest in and maintain. Stretch and
improve your skills so you can be more efficient and effective. MILTON allows for just-in-time training
because courses are broken into smaller increments of learning. One module may take you 20 or 30
minutes. Bookmarking features make it easy to come back to where you specifically left off. Don’t want
to take the entire course and think you already have a baseline knowledge? Find out by taking a course
test and skipping over sections of content that you do know and grasp.

Have You Completed Your Required MILTON Courses?

The training year is coming to a close. Enrollment forms for 2016 are no longer being accepted.
Employees who are currently enrolled should take note of their course completions status. If enrollment
occurred between January and May, a minimum of 5 courses must be completed by December 31st. If
enrollment occurred between June and October, a minimum of 4 courses
must be completed by December 31st.

The 2017 Enrollment Form will be posted on the MILtranet in
December so you can start off 2017 right and begin the new
 training year January 1st!
