P. 12
The following day, the young lady awoke to the resonating
chime of a remarkably boisterous Becker timepiece ringing in
her auditory canals. She removed the Becker clock from the
table and returned it to its original position. Nevertheless, there
was an object that drew her notice. The young lady observed
the presence of a teddy bear of moderate size resting upon the
surface of the table. Curious, she rose from her bed to retrieve
the doll.
Nevertheless, she relinquished her intention upon
encountering a sheet of paper in front of the stuffed animal.
Subsequently, she grasped the sheet of paper and
commenced perusing its contents. Maura was moved upon
perusing the messages from her mother. She considers herself
fortunate to have a mother who exhibits such a high level of
comprehension toward her. She was resolute in her decision to
participate in the poetry contest's selection with utmost
seriousness, as she did not wish to disappoint her mother.
