In an emergency situation where
the provision of information is in
your best interest
•
To an auditor as part of an industry
audit on the condition that they
agree not to disclose your personal
information
•
Where records have been
summonsed by the courts.

Maintaining appropriate professional
boundaries is important for your
personal protection and for
customers. Any breaches to
professional boundaries may result in
disciplinary action, which could lead
to termination of employment.
