Accepting a Home Care Package
Just Better Care will work closely with you and your family to guide you through the steps to starting your Home Care Package.
Our Support Advisor will meet with you
and your family to discuss your individual requirements and identify your goals. Doing so will help guide your choice of care and services to best support your needs. A goal might be maintaining a healthy lifestyle or achieving independence in getting out into the community.

Care and support services available
Your Just Better Care Support Adviser will work with you to develop an individual Care Plan, based on your chosen mix of care and support services. These may include:
