July 2020-Present: Technical Specialist – Strategic Information (Prevention), UW International Training
and Education Center for Health, Private Limited, New Delhi.
- Oversight and management of MIS system in collaboration with National, Regional, and state
teams.
- Support SACS and other facilities (TI NGOs, ARTC, ICTC, etc...) in M&E data cleaning and
compilation exercise, data analysis and data use for programming
- Responsible for timely collection of all DATIM targets in NE related to prevention and treatment.
- Analyse all cascade data to identify gaps and follow up with state teams for data improvement.
- Contribute to reporting on innovations under ITECH-Project Sunshine.
- Capacity building of key personnel at state level on MIS system and other data quality
improvements.
- Develop reports by analysing relevant primary, secondary and program data
- Develop data formats, training manuals, presentations, and other materials for capacity building of
Government officials, staff in various departments of State AIDS Control Societies and civil
societies.
- Conduct data quality assessment (DQA) in collaboration with state teams.
- Coordinate with Program Officers, Coordinators and Field Mentors related to data.
- Contribute to periodic reports submitted to NACO and CDC.
- Support SACS of other North East states as required.
- Attend and facilitate training workshops.
