Data Management Specialist, FHI360 India – Project Sunrise in NE India region
- Overall supervision of monitoring & evaluation activities of Project Sunrise FHI360 activities in NE
India.
- Carrying out Data Quality Audit in the states on periodical basis
- Preparation and compilation of data audit reports
- Provide handholding and mentor supports to TI projects and OST centers in ensuring the quality and
completeness of the data.
- Support roll-out of TI Database management tool in all States of NE India.
- Carrying out periodic analysis of program data and provide inputs to SACS and North East
Technical Support Unit (NETSU).
- Maintain updated information of district and state epidemiological profiles.
- Support in the compilation and reporting of quarterly progress report (QPR) and DATIM entry.
- Support in roll out of Real Time Monitoring System in specific districts.
- Support in data collection, compilation and analysis for piloting differentiated service delivery
model among KPs of NE India.
- Coordinate with State SACS, TI-NGOs, NETSU, FHI360 in the smooth roll out of the Project
Sunrise activities.

Project Officer – North East Technical Support Unit (NETSU) Guwahati
- Responsible for the monitoring & supervision of the TIs of the allocated districts.
- Monitoring/Supervision of Targeted Interventions (TIs) and facilities (viz. Opioid Substitution
Therapy (OST) Centre, Link Worker Schemes (LWS), Employer Led Model (ELM), etc.).
- Facilitate rapport building with all stakeholders, co-ordination with District AIDS Prevention and
Control Unit (DAPCU) wherever available and District AIDS Control Officer (DACO) or District
Tuberculosis Officer (DTO) in all assigned districts and other government agencies for program
support.
- Ensure time-to-time visits to other SACS facilities and district point persons of health and
administration for better coordination at district level.
- Coordinate and facilitate quarterly review cum coordination meeting with TIs and all facilities in the
district/ region along with point persons of health and administration where best practices are
shared, key gaps are addressed.
- Ensure that the TIs have the correct understanding of all “online” SIMS indicators (previously used
as “offline” CMIS) and Revised MITR (previously used as 31 indicators) and all TIs timely submit
UCs and monthly SIMS data and Revised MITR to SACS and Technical Support Unit (TSU)
- Ensure that each TI receives analytical feedback on their monthly performance and also Ensure
that each TI is able to do the analysis of feedback of SIMS data and Revised MITR data at the
project and outreach level.

• Project Orchid – Moreh Town of Chandel District of Manipur
• Project CHAHA supported by HIV/AIDS Alliance in India. (Till May 2011)
Project CHAHA is a project supported by HIV/AIDS Alliance in India. It is a care and support
Project targeting 950 HIV/AIDS afflicted Children of Bishnupur District, Manipur.
• EJAF-FIDU Project: EJAF-FIDU Project is a project supported by India HIV/AIDS Alliance
under Elton John AIDS Foundation.
• Project Axshaya: It is a project supported by Emmanuel Hospital Association under GFTB Rd 9.
