Mr. Marsh served as Director of Construction and Chief Estimator, for many prime contractors. He
brings sound knowledge and diverse industry experience. Mr. Marsh well versed in utilizing the

latest construction technological methods for planning, scheduling, value engineering, quality, cost
control, and software systems.

As a
young man located in Atlanta, GA, Mr. Marsh became associated with The National Association
of Minority Contractors (“NABC”). NABC connected him with various businessmen who formed a

mentoring group. They would discuss challenges, share ideas and came up with solutions as a group.

Mr. March credits this group and a great project engineer and team for the success of his construction
business over the years.
