LATE 19TH-EARLY 20TH CENTURY
Each has a central, adjustable post
surmounted by a platform above openwork
spandrels, and set into the upright frame
joined by an openwork panel. The legs are
flanked by openwork spandrels and set into
shoe feet.
Huanghuali lampstand:53æ in. (136.5 cm.)
high, 10Ω in. (26.7 cm.) wide, 11æ in. (29.8
cm.) deep
Jumu lampstand: 55æ in. (141.6 cm.) high, 11Ω
in. (29.2 cm.) wide, 14Ω in. (36.8 cm.) deep (2)
