A small gilt-bronze standing figure of Amoghapasa
Probably Nepalese, 16th/17th century
The solidly-cast figure with an ornate five-pointed headdress with
flowing ribbons and heavy Buddhist jewellery, the torso swaying gently
between four pairs of arms variously holding attributes including a water
pot, a lotus and a beaded bracelet, the legs clad with looped sashes and
flowing skirts, all atop a single lotus pedestal.

A gilt-bronze figure of Sakyamuni
15th/16th century
The gilt figure cast with elongated earlobes beneath the high
topknot, the broad chest swathed in a robe falling down from the
left shoulder, the right hand extended in bhumisparsamudra and the
left hand held open in the lap, a vajra placed before the figure on
the double-lotus pedestal.
