A fine pair of champlevé enamel moonflasks
19th century
Each with the circular flattened body designed on each side as a single
ruyi head enclosing a spread-winged bat suspending a shou character
and endless knot flanked by two Indian lotus and two half-open lotus
flowers and two blue bats in flight, the neck with a shou roundel
beneath a smaller bat flanked by dragon handles and the narrow sides
also with bats suspending shou tassels and endless knots.
Each 28.4cm (11 1/8in) high (2).
