A large carved ivory tusk
Late Qing Dynasty
Intricately carved all around with a scene of two scholarly
figures seated in a pavilion surrounded by groups of figures
variously conversing, riding and tending horses, playing
chess and displaying weaponry, all within groves of pine and
wutong amidst rocky outcrops, wood stand.
