A GROUP OF SIX JADE CARVING
The first a reticulated circular pendant finished on both sides as a
bat facing a cash coin, white metal suspension loop; the second
a button deeply undercut to one side as a peony flower with two
tiny drill holes through the center (chipped); the third a reticulated
oval plaque finished to one side as the Hehe twins; the fourth a
reticulated butterfly pendant finished on both sides, with yellow metal
suspension loops (chipped); the fifth a reticulated rectangular plaque
engraved on both sides as a baby boy standing amid lotus plants
(chipped); the sixth a reticulated rectangular plaque finished on both
sides as a bird amid flowering branches.

FIGURAL DECORATION
Qing dynasty
Each thinly sectioned example intricately reticulated to depict a
boat or beast amid waves and beneath scroll work and figures, six
of the plaques depicting three figures possibly the Three Stars of
Happiness, the remaining nine plaques depicting single figures, all
appear to be male and without identifying iconography; the stone of
green gray hue (firmly mounted on a black velvet pad).
