A fine inscribed agate snuff bottle
Attributed to the Imperial Palace Workshops,
Beijing, 1736-1795
Of flattened shield form, with a flat, flaring lip,
and a flat foot, the sides concave, the interior
very well-hollowed, with a four-character
Qianlong Nian Zhi mark in seal script inscribed
to the foot.
