Of compressed ovoid form, with a flat, round
lip and a flat oval foot, the stone with streaks of
emerald green complimented by flecks of black
and brown and yellow inclusions.

A lavender jadeite snuff bottle
1770-1850
Of flattened ovoid form with a concave mouth
and a concave foot, the exterior carved to mimic a
tied brocade cloth, the lavender stone with subtle
hints of emerald, with a corresponding stopper.

A blue glass overlay snuff bottle
1750-1800
Of compressed spherical form, with a flat lip and
oval foot rim around a convex foot, the sapphire
blue overlay carved with a butterfly among melon
vines on one face reversed by a squirrel and grape
fine, with fixed ring mask handles to the sides.
