A Korean gilt copper alloy figure of a seated boddhisattva, he
is seated in dhyanasana with hands in mudra gesture placed
in front of chest, he is richly adorned with jewellery set with
stones and wearing a high two tiered crown, a flowing ribbon
intertwines arms and head. The figure probably made part
of a triad group. Sealed. Late Goryeo-early Joseon Dynasty.
14th/15th century. Weight 2850 g. H. 27 cm.
