A distinguished English private collection
鴛鴦，雌雄常在一起，寓意夫妻恩愛、同偕到老，常為婚慶禮物的主
題圖案。蓮花象徵和諧，常與鴛鴦組合，寓意夫妻舉案齊眉，永不
分離。

舊金山亞洲藝術博物館藏一對十八世紀青玉雕鴛鴦可作對比，著錄

於R.Lefebvre d’Argencé，《Chinese Jades in the Avery Brundage
Collection》，舊金山，1977年，頁156，圖版LXXI。

參看Alan and Simone Hartman舊藏一件雕工相似的白玉雕鴛鴦，此
玉扁身、頭部線條棱角分明，紋飾細膩，後拍賣於香港佳士得，2007
