              A gilt-bronze figure of Buddha
              Mongolian, Zanabazar school, 18th century
              Seated in dhyanasana on an elevated double-lotus
              pedestal, his hands clasped together holding an
              alms bowl on the lap, clad in sanghati incised at the
              hems leaving the chest bare, a raised urna between
              his stern facial expression, flanked by a pair of
              lobed ears and framed by hair in tight curls over a
              prominent ushnisha.

              17th century
              Seated on a double-lotus pedestal with the hands
              in bhumisparsha mudra, his serene face with an
              urna at the forehead and downcast eyes deep in
              meditation, framed by a pair of elongated earlobes
              and curly hair ending in ushnisha, clad in a loose
              sanghati gathered over the ankles and draped over
              the shoulder.
