A large repoussé gilt-bronze figure
of a Bodhisattva
19th century
The richly ornamented and hollow-cast deity
depicted seated with legs crossed above a lotus
pedestal and hands held in dharmachakra mudra,
wearing a dhoti incised at the hems, a billowing
scarf draped over her shoulder, an embellished
crown and assortments of jewelleries.

An inscribed gilt-bronze figure
of a lama
17th/18th century
Seated above a double-lotus pedestal with beaded
rims, both hands clasped together and supporting
an alms bowl, dressed in a vest and billowing
sanghati incised at the hems, the undulating folds
gathered over the ankles and falling evenly onto
the base, his face serene with peaceful expression,
with Sanskrit inscription at the rear towards the foot.
