A celadon-glazed ‘floral’ jar
14th/15th century
The thickly potted body incised around the body with four blossoms
including lotus and peony, each surrounded by verdant leaves in the
central band, above narrow upright lappets at the foot and below a
band of billowing cloud scrolls at the neck, the exterior and interior
covered with a thick green glaze pooling into the incisions.
