high, the lion-faced attendant on the right, holding a kapala

These two powerfully cast figures represent the ferocious
attendants standing either side of the Buddhist protector
Palden Lhamo on the sea of blood. A similar example in
the Capital Museum, Beijing, is illustrated on himalayanart
resources, no. 59850.
