A ‘TIANHUANG’ SEAL
Republic Period
The rectangular seal body surmounted by an intricately carved
mythical beast rising from waves, one side signed Fenweng and
dated guiwei qiyue (1943, seventh month), the seal face carved in
relief with two characters reading jian ren (resolution and endurance).
