A JASPER GOURD-SHAPED WATER POT AND STOPPER
Late Qing Dynasty
Naturalistically carved as a ripe gourd issuing from a thick vine bearing
clusters of leaves and tendrils curling around the vessel, the flowers
highlighted by ochre-yellow skin, stopper and spoon.
