A REVERSE-DECORATED CORAL-GROUND BOWL
QIANLONG SEAL MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-1795)
With deep rounded sides rising to a slightly everted rim, the exterior of the bowl is decorated with
a pattern of conjoined leafy tendrils forming arabesques enclosing peony blossoms in the upper
register and lotus blossoms in the lower register.
