A SMALL CLOISONNÉ TRIPOD INCENSE BURNER AND COVER
Late Qing Dynasty
The globular body decorated with a lotus flower head meander,
raised on three cabriole legs with monster masks at the hips, flanked
with ‘upwards soaring’ handles, the lid similarly decorated and with
reticulated panels with bats, crowned with a lion finial. 21.5cm (8 1/2in)
high (2).

The globular body raised on three thick cabriole legs with beast masks,
decorated with an elaborate lotus flower head meander, the domed
lid topped with a large Buddhist lion finial and with writhing dragons,
wood stand. 103cm (40 1/2in) high (3).
