Richly woven in gold threads with nine five-clawed dragons pursuing
flaming pearls against a brown silk ground with Daoist emblems and
auspicious bats, all surrounded by cloud scrolls in varying shades of blue,
green, all above rolling waves and lishui stripes, the sleeves terminating
in horse-hoof cuffs, the collar band and cuffs similarly embroidered with
