    A BLUE AND WHITE BELL-SHAPED JARDINIÈRE
    DAOGUANG SIX-CHARACTER SEAL MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE AND OF THE PERIOD (1821-1850)

    The exterior is decorated with a band of archaistic dragon scroll between a ruyi border above
    and a band of overlapping leaf tips below, separated by a narrow band of classic scroll from the
    key-fret band encircling the foot. The base is pierced on either side of the nianhao.
