A SMALL BLUE AND WHITE LOBED JAR
MING DYNASTY, 16TH-EARLY 17TH CENTURY
The lobed body is decorated in inky shades of
underglaze blue with alternating panels depicting foral
sprigs and a fgure seated in a garden.

A SMALL BLUE AND WHITE FACETED JAR
MING DYNASTY, 16TH CENTURY
Each broad side is decorated with ducks in a lotus pond,
separated by narrow panels of lotus scroll, all between
further decorative borders aound the shoulder and foot.
The base is inscribed with an apocryphal Xuande mark.
