A ROCK CRYSTAL FIGURE OF BUDDHA
QING DYNASTY (1644-1911)
The Buddha is shown seated on a double-lotus
pedestal and backed by a pointed faming
mandorla, the right hand holding an alms bowl
and the left hand reaching downwards. The rock
crystal is clear with some smoky-white inclusions.
