The lobed oviform vessel flanked by a pair of shaped handles and
standing on three conical feet, decorated throughout with a profusion
of chrysanthemum, peony and lotus flowerheads on a dense ground
of scrolling gilt cloisons on back enamel, with interior lining.

Circa 1700
Painted with a band of chrysanthemums and lotuses rising from
rocks above a scrolling chrysanthemum band, the cover decorated
en-suite and with a chrysanthemum flower-head on the flat circular
finial.
