Each with wide straight-sided rim above a
tubular neck decorated with a continuous
scene of warriors and courtiers, the body
with a large confronting dragon in iron-
red and four others encircling the vessel,
all between formal borders at the sloping
shoulder and foot. Each 92.5cm (36 3/8in)

Each decorated with circular cartouches
depicting a dragon and a phoenix confronted
around a flaming pearl, reserved on a red and
yellow diaper ground embellished with bats
and shou roundels, with a ruyi band below
the everted rim.
