       with similar proportions to the present, but with mythical beasts carved at the foot of the vase and the knop in the form of a qilin,
       sold in our London rooms, 7th June 2000, lot 67.

       Closely related white jade baluster vases and covers from the 19th century include a smaller one of rectangular section and with a
       'Buddhist lion' knop from the Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts sold in these rooms, 15th March 2016, lot 118; a later Qing
       example sold twice in our Hong Kong rooms, first on 17th November 1988, lot 292, and second, 2nd December 2016, lot 800; and
       another sold in the same rooms, 6th April 2016, lot 3710.
