Qianlong mark
Finely potted of compressed globular form,
supported on a low foot ring, the mouth notched
to provide a resting place for a spoon, the exterior
covered with a pale blue glaze, the six-character
seal mark in underglaze blue centering the foot,
associated jade stand.

Wang Bingrong mark, 19th century
The beehive-shaped body finely decorated with a
continuous scene of a village in a rocky landscape
punctuated by trees with mountains in the distance,
interrupted by opposing bamboo-shaped handle
and spout, the flat cover surmounted by a peach-
shaped finial, the four-character Wang Bingrong
zhi seal mark centering the slightly concave foot,
covered overall in a bright green glaze.
