boldly painted in bright enamels depicting a spotted deer in a
grove with pine, bamboo springing from rocks, and lingzhi, a
crane gliding overhead and a gilded sun and swirling clouds in
the distance, within a border of four oval oral panels reserved
on a red diaper ground, the at, broad rim with six cranes in
ight within a border of red circles and a gilt-painted rim

character mark in iron red
