Tibet, 15th and 17th century
Comprising: a bone carved pendant with
pierced decoration of a Shakyamuni Buddha
on a lotus pedestal and surrounded by a
flaming mandorla above a fierce looking
skull, metal stand; together with two Tsha
Tsha deity moulds and a seal. The Buddha
applique: 8.2cm (3 1/4in) high (5).

Comprising: a thangka backing with ink panel
with prayers and vignettes, a floral silk cloth
cover; and two different thangka mounts, the
orange one cut from a brocade robe. The silk
cloth: 156cm (61 1/2in) high x 103cm (40
1/2in) wide (4).
