A YELLOW-GROUND FAMILLE ROSE VASE
JIAQING SIX-CHARACTER SEAL MARK IN IRON-RED AND OF THE
PERIOD (1796-1820)
The vase is decorated to the exterior with an elaborate lotus bloom to either
side, below the ‘Three Abundances’, sanduo, surrounded by an intricate
network of scrolling foliage, all on a yellow ground. The interior and base are
turquoise enamelled.
