AN IRON-RED-DECORATED BLUE AND WHITE ‘DRAGON’ DISH
QIANLONG SIX-CHARACTER SEAL MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE
AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-1795)
The interior is painted with an iron-red fve-clawed dragon leaping against a
background of blue waves, with a similar design repeated with nine dragons to
the exterior.
