WOOD DEER AND A CARVED BAMBOO WALKING CANE
The dog modelled recumbent with one paw raised upon a ball, natural
knots and grain within the wood used to portray the dog’s coat, 16cm
high, the deer modelled standing, a sprig of lingzhi fungus held in its
mouth, eyes inlaid, (horns now lacking), 19cm high, the cane intricately
carved to each natural segment with architecture and mountainous
landscape,

TEAPOT
19th/20th century
The panel decorated with tree shrews on a fruiting vine, details in
agate, amethyst, and carnelian on a pale green ground, raised on a
carved and pierced wooden stand, panel 15cm diameter, total height
27.5cm, together with a Canton famille rose pear-shaped teapot
and cover, enamelled with scenes of ladies reserved on a ground of
scrolling lotus,
