A finely carved white jade covered bowl
18th century
The gently curved sides resting upon five supports carefully rendered in the form of leafy peony
flowers, below gently recessed reserves, each enclosing a stalk of leafy lotus finely carved in
low relief, the domed cover similarly decorated, with a reduced oval finial to the top of a circular
platform; the even white stone with faint russet and cloud-like inclusions.
