The rectangular plaque superbly carved with even rows of addorsed
68 | BONHAMS C-commas under a ruyi and cloud-shaped finial pierced for
suspension.

Two rectangular white jade plaques
18th/19th century
The first a section of a belt buckle, carved in low relief with a panel of
two figures standing by a river under a pine, the upper left carved with
a line of a poem reading mingyue song jian zhao (The bright moon
shining upon pines), the reverse with an undercut loop, the white
stone with limited inclusions; the second of vertical profile, surmounted
with a pair of coiling chilong and cloud scrolls, the front depicting a
boy lighting a firework, the reversed incised with an inscription reading
yumen san ji lang, pingdi yi zheng lei, bearing a Zigang signature, the
evenly hued white stone with a very faint celadon tint.

A group of three miniature jade vases
Late Qing/Republic Period
The first of white jade carved with taotie masks set off by lion mask
ring handles; the second, of yellow jade and amphora form, with
central floral medallion, and pierced ring handles that repeat on the
conforming covert; the third of white jade with U-shaped handles a
scrolled medallion on the walls and a conforming cover.
