China, 20th century. The incense holder of cylindrical shape with
the top and bottom pieces made from horn. The carved relief
with incisions shows a procession of dignitaries carried by their
attendants in a litter, one subject riding a mule, another holding a
lantern, amid pine trees and rocks.
