AN EMBELLISHED WHITE HONGMU
SEAL CHEST, GUANPIXIANG
20TH CENTURY

The hinged top opens to reveal a compartment,
the doors at the front open onto three rows of
drawers, four short and one long. The top and
doors are variously embellished with vases of
fowers, scholars objects, dragons, pomegranates,
fnger citron and peach in mother-of-pearl and
coloured stones.
