A BLUE AND WHITE BOTTLE VASE
CHONGZHEN PERIOD (1628-1644)

The globular body is decorated with a continuous scene of a messenger
making haste to deliver a document to an oficial in a fenced garden landscape.
The tall neck is painted with upright tulips and lotus scroll.
