A BLUE AND WHITE ‘ARCHAISTIC’ VASE, GU
19TH CENTURY
The vase is decorated all over with lotus fower heads on a
scrolling foliate ground. The interior of the mouth is painted
with thin upright leaves. It has an apocryphal Qianlong mark.

A FAMILLE ROSE SGRAFFIATO ‘MEDALLION’ BOWL
19TH CENTURY
The bowl is decorated on the exterior with four medallions
containing the ‘Lanterns of Abundance’, feng deng, in reserve
on a pink ground with foral designs. The interior is decorated
in underglaze blue with four be-ribboned canopied vases,
surrounding a central medallion radiating four fowering
plants. The base with an apocryphal Qianlong period mark.
