           A FINE IVORY OKIMONO OF SHOKI THE DEMON QUELLER
           Signed Tokyokusai Toshiaki, Meiji Period
           Depicting Shoki trampling an oni underfoot, his right hand raised aloft,
           a sword slung over his back and holding a container and stand in his
           left hand, the robes elaborately decorated with flowers and scrolling
           foliage, the oni having fallen on his back and grabbing at the sash of
           the figure, the details heightened in black pigment, signed Tokyokusai
           Toshiaki.
           21cm (8.1/4in) high.
