          A CLOISONNÉ ENAMEL FACETED PEAR-
          SHAPED VASE
          QIANLONG PERIOD (1736-1795)
          The hexagonal vase is flanked at the neck by a
          pair of gilt-bronze sinuous dragon-form handles,
          and is decorated with broad bands of leafy lotus
          blossoms with angular scroll borders, all reserved
          on a turquoise ground.
          16 in. (40.6 cm.) high
