款識：
雨山先生雅屬，丙子（1936）新春，顏伯龍寫意。

題跋：
伯龍先生此冊以超邁清空之氣寫眾獸之趣，不必泥古，妙發新機。
蓋以其為楚藩遺老，託意屈子騷恨，故筆筆荒涼幽淒，自有颯爽欲
愁之意。此中神理，尋常畫師所不解也。伯龍先生此可稱星鳳矣。
丁丑（1937）秋，雨山長尾甲跋。
